Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully - you may wish to print this page out for future reference. To proceed to ‘check out’ you will need to check a box to agreed that you accept these terms and conditions.
Payment is taken by credit card via Paypal or Sagepay. If you do not have a Paypal account you will need to register your details with Paypal. You do not need to register using Sagepay. Alternatively we can take your credit card details over the phone. Call 01642 870837.
All prices are shown in £ sterling. Fanatic Sport & Leisure reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
Currency
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling. Payments are only accepted in pounds sterling. Credit cards sales will be charged in your local currency by your credit card provider.
VAT
Value Added Tax will be charged on all sales to residents of the EU. All purchases made by customers outside the EU are charged at the VAT-free price which is shown on the shopping pages.
Duties & Local Taxes
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
Delivery
Due to the closure of our local post office we can no longer guarrentee same day or next day posting. however, we will endeavour to post your order within three days. If an item is not in stock we will let you know promptly.
UK DELIVERY: There are three choices for UK delivery: 2nd Class Standard Royal Mail, 1st Class Standard Royal Mail or Special Delivery for guaranteed next day delivery.
OVERSEAS DELIVERIES: We deliver only to countries listed on the ‘Customer Details’ page. Postage is charged accordingly and is sent by standard airmail.
Returns
If the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In case of damage please retain the product and contact us within 3 days of receipt. Customised orders cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty. We will only refund postage on returns if we are at fault. None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Customised Text
If you choose customised text, we will size and place the text as we think appropriate.
Front: Generally short text will be placed on left breast and large text will be centred.
Back: Print will be centred across shoulder blades. If you want text placing anywhere else you will need to call us.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel any order placed,. If your order has been delivered you should notify us within seven working days of delivery. The goods should be returned in new/unused condition within fourteen days of receipt. On receipt of the returned goods in new condition we will issue a full refund including the return postage.

regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like
basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return
their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new
item.
